'HeatherGlen' was born from a dream: to import authentic Neapolitan pizza into London. The Rossi family opened the doors to our boutique pizzeria in 1985, inheriting and sharing cherished recipes passed down through the ages.
Marco Rossi, our visionary founder, mastered the craft of pizza creation in her travels across Italy, learning from Neapolitan pizza experts. After her return to the UK, her mission was to offer the classic Italian pizza experience, focusing on time-honored techniques and premier ingredients.
From its modest beginnings with just twelve seats, our pizzeria has expanded greatly but our dedication to excellence and originality remains unchanged. We continue to prepare dough daily, bake using traditional wood-fired ovens, and source the highest quality of provisions obtainable.
Nowadays, 'HeatherGlen' remains under the stewardship of the Rossi household, with the family's next generation at the helm of our passionate crew. While we've adopted modern refinements, our core ethos endures: to produce divine, authentic pizza that unites diners.
